Matt Watroba has a passion for folk music that he feeds both as a singer/songwriter and as host for the popular "Folks Like Us" radio program on Detroit's WDET-FM. As a solo artist and member of the Yellow Room Gang songwriting collective, Matt has developed a friendly relationship with audiences who respond to his special brand of humor and songs of strength, compassion and every day living. His love of folk music extends to traditional and contemporary sounds that he has had to chance to bring to listeners for two decades. He delights in connecting the audience with the artists, through their music and exclusive interviews.
